For 9 years I’ve helped South Florida buyers and sellers across Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach. You work with me directly, from the first walkthrough to the closing table.

Your pricing, marketing, negotiation and closing stay with me. Nothing gets handed to a junior agent once the listing agreement is signed.
A written report every Monday: showings, feedback, online activity and what the competition did. At day 14 and day 30 we sit down and decide together, with the numbers in front of us.
Some of my sellers come to me after a listing expired with someone else. I go through the MLS history, find what kept buyers away and fix it before the home goes back on the market.
Every listing runs on the same calendar. You always know what happens this week, what we’re measuring and when we decide.
Day −14
Measured floor plan and verified square footage. Four-point, wind mitigation and permits in hand so buyers can price insurance on day one. Photos, video and light staging.
Day 1
A description that leads with the home and the way you live in it, not a repair list. Every fee in the right MLS field. Showings open from day one on two hours’ notice.
Days 3–10
Agent preview midweek, open house that weekend. A targeted digital campaign and direct calls to the agents working your area.
Day 14
Showings, feedback, online saves and the competition, side by side. If something isn’t working, we change presentation or access first.
Day 30
If offers aren’t where they should be, we decide together: hold, adjust the price or change the approach. Your listing never drifts for months unchanged.
Under contract to closing: inspection response, appraisal support and a written update every week until the keys change hands.

There were definitely challenges along the way, but she handled [them] with professionalism and determination, always keeping us informed and reassured.
She helped us find the right house, explained everything clearly, and was always there whenever we had questions.
She takes the time to educate, advocate for, and support [her clients] from contract to closing.
Her collaborative approach helped keep everything on track, even when challenges arose.

I grew up in South Florida, watching the coastline between Aventura and Sunny Isles fill in one tower at a time. I studied psychology at FIU, and it turned out to be most of this job: hearing what a seller actually needs, and what a buyer is actually worried about.
Before real estate I worked as a fashion model, which taught me early how much presentation decides what something is worth. I founded The Bloemhof Group in 2018, and I still personally handle my clients’ pricing, negotiations and closings.
Off the clock you’ll find me on an early walk along Hallandale Beach, usually with an opinion about the newest tower going up.

Every linked area has its own guide: what’s around, the schools, the local numbers and the homes for sale right now.
All neighborhoodsEvery buyer now signs a written agreement before touring homes. Mine is in plain English: what I’m paid, who pays it, and what happens if the seller offers to cover it. You’ll read it before you see a single house.
Then we get you pre-approved in the first week, build a shortlist around what a home really costs to own here — taxes, insurance and HOA, not just the mortgage — and negotiate with the same sales data I use for sellers.
Send me the address. I’ll pull the full MLS history, compare it with what sold around it, and show you in 20 minutes why buyers passed and what a relaunch needs.
Something else on your mind? Call me at (954) 997-7021 or send a text.
Commissions are negotiable and aren’t set by law or by any association. At the consultation I’ll show you in writing what my fee covers and what you net at several sale prices.
That’s what the day 14 and day 30 reviews are for: we change something while buyers are still paying attention. And if I’m not doing what this page says, you can end the listing agreement on the cancellation terms we agree in writing before you sign.
I’ll give you a price range at the walkthrough, with the sales behind it. A number sent by email without seeing the house is a guess, and a guess is how homes end up sitting.
Usually 10 to 14 days after the walkthrough. Most of that time goes into reports, photos and a measured floor plan, which pay for themselves in fewer renegotiations later.
Because the person you interview is the person who does the work. Every agent in South Florida can put your home on the MLS. What changes the result is preparation, pricing and negotiation.
No. Showings run through a professional showing service on two hours’ notice, and you get feedback from every one of them in your Monday report.
We walk it together, look at what sold nearby, and you leave with a price range and a launch plan. Nothing to sign.
