Oceanfront · 17901 Collins Avenue
The Estates at Acqualina are two oceanfront towers of about 50 stories each, built by the Trump Group next to the five-star Acqualina Resort on 5.6 acres with 502 feet of beach.
The South Tower (777 Via Acqualina) opened first, followed by the boutique North Tower (888 Via Acqualina), where most floors hold just two residences. Together they hold roughly 250 homes of about 2,600 to 9,000+ sq ft under air, plus tower suites, two-story penthouses and sky “single-family homes” with private pools.
Between the towers sits Villa Acqualina, a stand-alone club of 45,000+ sq ft with an ice-skating rink, bowling lanes, a cinema, a spa and restaurants. The tower lobbies were the first interior project in the United States by Karl Lagerfeld.
Villa Acqualina & the residences
The Estates were built to keep residents on property: a club between the towers, gardens and pools on the sand, and homes the size of houses in the sky.

HOA, taxes & insurance
Pick a layout and a price to see the monthly carrying cost before any mortgage — then the five things every buyer here should check.
Estimates: HOA at ~$1.90/sq ft, the middle of the building’s range (typical 3BR+den 3,000 · 4BR 3,850 · 5BR 4,900 · 6BR/PH 6,250 sq ft); property tax at ~2.0% of price (non-homestead, resets on sale); HO-6 insurance from typical quotes. Excludes mortgage, utilities and special assessments.
Ask about any ongoing construction, repairs or litigation in either tower. We read the association minutes and disclosures with you before you’re committed.
Florida requires a funded structural integrity reserve study for every condo of three or more stories. We review the current budget, reserves and what the HOA covers.
Property tax resets to your purchase price — on a $9M residence that’s roughly $15,000 a month before any homestead exemption.
Minimum lease terms and pet size limits are set by the association. We send the current rules with your shortlist.
Residences range from builder-finished to fully designed and furnished. We price what conveys and what you’d redo.

How buyer’s-agent compensation is paid is agreed in writing before we show you residences. Sellers often offer to cover it; when they do, your cost doesn’t change. We explain the options upfront.
Sometimes. At this price level some owners prefer to sell quietly. Tell us what you’re looking for and we’ll ask the building’s agents what isn’t publicly listed yet.
